TARS
There's a rating system that makes matches better balanced.
TARS is TiePlayer’s rating system that measures real player skill based on validated match results. More than just a number, it’s the foundation for finding the right opponents, tracking progress, and building a fairer racquet sports community.
Tiesports Advanced Rating System
Your playing level, translated into real data
Every match tells a story. TARS turns it into a dynamic rating, automatically calculated from registered and validated results.

For players
Find more balanced matches, track your improvement, and compete against players at your level.

For clubs
Organize tournaments, leagues, and open matches with greater competitive fairness and fewer mismatches.

For the community
Build a more transparent ecosystem where validated results help everyone play better.
How is TARS calculated?
TARS starts from a base rating and evolves as you play. Every time a match is validated, the system considers factors such as win/loss outcome, skill difference between players, expected performance, competition type, recent history, and in doubles, the influence of your partner.
Where does TARS come in?
TARS sits at the core of the TiePlayer experience.
